This is a draft Terms of Service for the CommonLend waitlist MVP. CommonLend is not yet a regulated financial product; the waitlist itself doesn't move money or grant access to any lending or borrowing service. The final terms will be reviewed by counsel before any public launch.
What this site is today
A signup form that collects an email address, country, and lend/borrow intent so we can contact you when CommonLend opens up. It is not a contract to lend, borrow, invest, or transfer funds.
What we ask of you
- Use a real email address that belongs to you.
- Sign up only once. We deduplicate by email.
- Don't try to break, scrape, or overload the site.
Risk and disclaimer
Lending involves risk. CommonLend is not a regulated bank. Nothing on this site is a solicitation, an offer of credit, or financial advice.
Changes
We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
